Đánh giá chất lượng nội bộ là sự xem xét độc lập và có hệ thống các hoạt động và kết quả có đáp ứng được các quy định đề ra hay không.
Quy định này được soạn thảo nhằm xem xét mức độ phù hợp của hệ thống so với các yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn và các yêu cầu của Công ty, làm cơ sở cho việc cải tiến chất lượng. Quy định được áp dụng cho toàn hệ thống chất lượng của Công ty.
3) Quy định về sự xem xét của lãnh đạo (mã số QĐ 5.6-01)
Việc xem xét của lãnh đạo nhằm đảm bảo HTQLCL luôn phù hợp, thoả đáng và có hiệu lực, thoả mãn các yêu cầu của tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2000 và các yêu cầu của chính sách, mục tiêu đã được Công ty công bố. Mục đích của quy định là nhằm thống nhất cách thức tiến hành xem xét của lãnh đạo đối với HTQLCL của Công ty.
Quy định này được áp dụng cho mọi cuộc họp xem xét của lãnh đạo về HTQLCL của Công ty.
