Doanh nghiệp cung cấp dịch vụ quản lý khu chung cư có thực hiện thu, chi các khoản tiền liên quan trực tiếp đến hoạt động quản lý khu chung cư (khoản thu phí trông giữ xe, khoản chi để bảo trì hệ thống thang máy,...) thì không được coi là hoạt động thu hộ, chi hộ cho Ban quản trị khu chung cư.
