Summary:
"Development mà meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet Their Own needs."
- from the World Commission on Environment and Development's
(the Brundtland Commission) report Our Common Future

Therefore, sustainable tourism plays a very important role in the development of tourism in the long term without harming the environment.
This definition of sustainable tourism:

(World Conservation Union, 1996)
Sustainable tourism is essential for social situation today, many companies are looking to build eco tours and adventure tourism combine environmental sustainability standards. That is why I wrote this report to refer to the importance of sustainable tourism and introduce a tourist destination of local eco - tourism zone wetland ecology Tra Su Forest Tram. I was looking for information on sites, tours of travel companies, as well as information gathered from local to finish all of this report.
In the process of researching and learning about this place, I have seen the limited point in the management and sustainable development. Besides the tourist activities are also more likely not appropriate and should be overcome. Therefore, I have pointed out the drawbacks and propose several specific measures to Tra Su may become a sustainable tourist destination. Introduction: Social growing human life should ever enhanced, by which man should have the demand for recreation and tourism is the top choice. The development of tourism in the world as well as in Vietnam was an encouraging signal for the tourism industry contribution to GDP of no small countries. However, tourism development is also a cause leading to the adverse impact on development, such as environmental, cultural, social evils, ... Therefore, to protect the long-term development and tourism, they we must have a sustainable strategy. Tra Su cajeput forest is a wetland ecotourism not strange people in An Giang province, located in Van Giao Commune, Tinh Bien district, 20km from the city of Chau Doc and wings Vietnam - Cambodia 10km. This is where people can mingle with nature, enjoy the fresh air and participate in recreation activities. It is also home to the kind of fauna and flora in the system of protection forests of Vietnam. Currently Tra Su cajeput forests have: • About 70 species of birds belonging to 13 orders and 31 families, of which there are two rare birds listed in the Vietnam Red Book as "Giang sen" Mycteria leucocephala) and "Indians Indians" (Anhinga melanogaster). • About 11 animals in 4 sets and 6 families. More especially rodents and bats (15 species), including short eared bats in the Red Book. • 25 species of reptiles and amphibians, including 2 sets, 10 families, including cobras, snakes farm level. • 10 fish species found throughout the year and 13 species appear only in the flood season. • Place focus of more than 140 plants and 102 under 52 they spend. Start ecotourism operators in 2005, 2014 Tra Su cajeput forest has received over 54,800 tourists come here and including about 6,000 foreign tourists. Despite the increased number of tourists every year, but management systems and eco-tourism activities here are many drawbacks and no high sustainability. So I wrote this report to talk up the importance of the development of sustainable tourism in Tra Su cajeput forests, as well as environmental issues, social, economic here. Form of study: Jobs access to information of Tra Su cajeput forests more difficult since even launched a long tour but basically still not have its own website. From this approach, as well as promoting the destination is limited. To accomplish all of this report I have taken the following steps: • Search for information on Tra Su cajeput forests, characteristic of wetland ecosystems , general tourist information of An Giang province. • Learn more about the ecological tour of Tra Su cajeput forest and join real experience. • Synthesis of information and assessment of elements to give the specific solutions for sustainable development of tourism here. Main body: A. Overview of sustainable tourism I. Compare sustainable tourism and mass tourism mass tourism: travel often are not planning a meticulous, not nature enhance environmental protection, not bring many benefits the community and have a quick impact on the natural environment to sustainable tourism, carefully planned from the start to deliver benefits to local communities, respecting cultural, security existing natural resources and educate tourists and the local community. Travel Deals them • Have a purpose: income • often not planned in advance; "By now only occur" • Orientation to tourists • Control by external groups • Focus on making entertainment for guests • No conservation priority • No priority for the community • Most profits put on for the operators and investors from outside Sustainable Tourism • To plan with 3 purposes: income, environment and community (3 feet) • Often pre-planning with involvement participation of stakeholders • Orientation to local • Do local control, at least partially • Focus on educational experience • Conservation of natural resources is seen as a priority • Assess culture Local priorities • Available income is left for the local community and the MPA * Calculate three legs of sustainable tourism: • Friendly to the environment: Sustainable tourism helps to reduce the impact of human to the natural environment. • Closeness to culture and society: No cause changes in social structures and communities. Minimize social vices. • Bring economic benefits: economic contribution to the community and creating a fair income and stabilize the local community as well as many other stakeholders as possible . It brings benefits to employers, employees and the people around. It does not start a simple way to then fall rapidly due to the poor business activities. II. The demand for sustainable tourism development. Sustainable tourism attractive tourist a large number - who likes "nature tourism", "adventure tourism" or "ecotourism" is the type of travelers calendar focuses on appreciation of wilderness, wildlife and the local cultural values. WTO assess natural tourism generated 7% of the spending on international travel. If all migration-related nature are included (not just the natural tour special), the overall number of tourists, who are interested in nature can travel up to 40-60%. World Resources Institute, said while the annual rate rose 4% tourism, the natural movement increased from 10-30%. Since there is a significant percentage of new tourism facilities in developing country - where there are areas with high biodiversity, built in the waters and natural areas, the growth form particular concern will threaten ecosystems. Some indicators for growth are: • In countries where tourism is mainly "ecotourism" has tourism growth rate is very high. As Costa Rica, tourism has increased by 400% from 1986 to 1991 and Belize, the number of visitors increased by 600% from 1986 to 1996. • Investigation of the tour operator stationed at foreign ports United States indicates that number of tourism operators increased 820% from 1970 to 1994, or an average of 34% per year.
