Trường Cao đẳng Y tế Binh Duong cam kết triển khai chương trình có sự tham gia của cán bộ lãnh đạo, quản lý, giảng viên, sinh viên và các bên có liên quan, lấy sinh viên làm trung tâm, đào tạo đáp ứng chuẩn năng lực nghề nghiệp góp phần nâng cao chất lượng chăm sóc sức khỏe nhân dân, tiếp cận hòa nhập với các nước trong khu vực. Trên cơ sở kế thừa những kết quả đã đạt được từ hỗ trợ của Dự án HPET, Nhà trường tiếp tục duy trì và phát triển các chương trình đào tạo dựa trên năng lực cho các ngành tiếp theo; đồng thời nhân rộng mô hình đào tạo cho các trường Cao đẳng Y tế trong khu vực.
