vào năm 2004, Nhà máy cà phê Biên Hòa chuyển đổi loại hình doanh nghiệp - từ doanh nghiệp nhà nước sang công ty cổ phần. Yêu quý đứa con tinh thần, cùng với với sự nổi tiếng của thương hiệu Vinacafé, các cổ đông sáng lập (hầu hết là người của Nhà máy Cà phê Biên Hòa) đã đặt tên mới cho công ty là: Công ty Cổ phần VINACAFÉ BIÊN HÒA (Vinacafé BH). Đây cũng là thời điểm mở ra một chương mới cho lịch sử Công ty khi mà nó hoạch định lại chiến lược phát triển, viết lại sứ mệnh, tầm nhìn mới và xác định những giá trị cốt lõi của mình, trong bối cảnh Việt Nam hội nhập kinh tế quốc tế.
