After 2 days you sit and observe the operator's call center in Alma, I felt I was aware of the procedures and guidelines sript of switchboard calls. Because of the nature of the company are invited to the event and outbound call does not require too much knowledge about the product as well as customer support and information on how to use the product as the other switchboard.
Not much different experience previous work experience of mine, as well as somewhat easier in the nature of work requires high accuracy in the inbound PBX call to guide customers using Hi Tech products from Asus, QA to manage the accuracy of the information provided, I have graded 14 agents to ensure the quality of the operator is always at the highest accuracy and the level of customer satisfaction with products Asus always high.
