1. LÀM DẤU THÁNH GIÁ
Nhân Danh Cha và Con, và Thánh Thần. Amen.
 
X: Lạy Chúa Trời, xin mở miệng con
Đ: Cho con cất tiếng ngợi khen Ngài. 
X: Lạy Chúa Trời, xin tới giúp con.
Đ: Muôn lạy Chúa, xin mau phù trợ.
 
(Cúi đầu) Vinh danh Chúa Cha và Chúa Con, cùng vinh danh Thánh Thần Thiên Chúa.
 
(Ngẩng lên) Tự muôn đời và chính hiện nay, luôn mãi đến thiên thu vạn đại. Amen. Ha-lê-lui-a.
(Mùa Chay: không đọc "Ha-lê-lui-a").
 
2. KINH SẤP MÌNH
 
Lạy Chúa con, con sấp mình xuống trước mặt Chúa con. Con tin thật Chúa ở khắp mọi nơi, thông biết mọi sự, hằng xem thấy con, hằng nghe lời con cầu nguyện. Xin Chúa rất nhân từ hãy đoái xem sự nghèo ngặt con và nhận lời con nguyện.
 
X: Lạy Chúa xin hãy mở miệng lưỡi con ra,
Đ: Thì con sẽ cao rao những lời ngợi khen Chúa.
 
Lạy Chúa chúng con, vì dấu + Thánh Giá/ xin chữa + chúng con/ cho khỏi + kẻ thù. Nhân danh Cha và Con và Thánh Thần. Amen.
 
3. KINH ĐỨC CHÚA THÁNH THẦN
 
Chúng con lạy ơn Đức Chúa Thánh Thần thiêng liêng sáng láng vô cùng. Chúng con xin Đức Chúa Thánh Thần xuống, đầy lòng chúng con là kẻ tin cậy Đức Chúa Trời, và đốt lửa kính mến Đức Chúa Trời trong lòng chúng con; chúng con xin Đức Chúa Trời cho Đức Chúa Thánh Thần xuống.
 
- Sửa lại mọi sự trong ngoài chúng con.
 
Chúng con cầu cùng Đức Chúa Trời, xưa đã cho Đức Chúa Thánh Thần xuống, soi lòng dậy dỗ các Thánh Tông Đồ, thì rầy chúng con cũng xin Đức Chúa Trời cho Đức Chúa Thánh Thần lại xuống, yên ủi dạy dỗ chúng con, làm những việc lành, vì công nghiệp vô cùng Đức Chúa Giêsu Kitô là Chúa chúng con. Amen.
 
4. KINH SÁNG SOI
 
Cúi xin Chúa sáng soi/ cho chúng con được biết việc phải làm/ cùng khi làm, xin Chúa giúp đỡ cho mỗi kinh, mỗi việc chúng con/ từ khởi sự cho đến hoàn thành/ đều nhờ bởi ơn Chúa. Amen.
 
5. KINH DÂNG NGÀY BAN SÁNG
 
Lạy Chúa Giêsu, con cám ơn Chúa đã cho con được sống đến sớm mai này./ Con xin dâng ngày hôm nay cho Chúa./ Xin Chúa chúc lành cho mọi việc con làm, và mọi người con gặp hôm nay./ Xin Chúa ban Thánh Thần Chúa xuống trong lòng con, và trong lòng mọi người/ để chúng con biết làm mọi việc theo Thánh ý Chúa Cha./ Lạy Chúa Giêsu, con yêu mến Chúa/ con quyết tâm nghe theo lời Chúa dạy và sống hiền lành khiêm nhượng như Chúa sống ngày xưa./ Lạy Chúa Thánh Thần, xin làm cho con biết luôn cố gắng là người con ngoan của Cha trên trời. Suy gẫm : Đức Chúa Giêsu chịu đội mão gai. Ta hãy xin cho được chịu mọi sự sỉ nhục bằng lòng.
 
Thứ Bốn thì ngắm : Đức Chúa Giêsu vác cây Thánh giá.
 
- “Họ điệu Đức Chúa Giêsu đi. Chính Người vác lấy thập giá đi ra, đến nơi gọi là Núi Sọ, tiếng Hípri là Gôn-gô-tha”. (Ga 19,17).
 
Suy gẫm : Đức Chúa Giêsu vác cây Thánh giá. Ta hãy xin cho được vác Thánh Giá theo chân Chúa.
 
Thứ Năm thì ngắm : Đức Chúa Giêsu chịu chết trên cây Thánh Giá.
 
- “Họ đóng đinh Người vào thập giá, đồng thời cũng đóng đinh hai người khác nữa, mỗi người một bên, còn Đức Giêsu thì ở giữa”. (Ga 19, 18)
 
Suy gẫm : Đức Chúa Giêsu chịu chết trên cây Thánh Giá. Ta hãy xin cho được đóng đinh tính xác thịt vào Thánh Giá Chúa.
 
9. KINH CÁC THÁNH TỬ ĐẠO VIỆT NAM    
 
Lạy các Thánh Tử đạo Việt Nam, là con thảo của Cha trên trời, là chứng nhân anh dũng của Chúa Kitô, là thành phần trung kiên của Hội Thánh.
 
Nay chúng con xin hợp với các Ngài, và với Đức Trinh Nữ Maria, là Nữ Vương các Thánh Tử Đạo, mà ca tụng Chúa muôn trùng cao cả.
Xưa Chúa ban cho các Ngài, được vững tin vào lời Chúa, và đầy sức mạnh của Thánh Thần, nên các ngài đã kiên tâm chịu gian lao đau khổ, quyết một lòng theo Đức Kitô trên con đường Thập Giá, và hy sinh đến giọt máu cuối cùng.
