- Kiểm tra tính hợp lệ của bộ chứng từ. Nếu cần thiết làm thủ tục tu chỉnh bổ sung với khách hàng
- Nhận lệnh giao hàng (D/O) từ hãng tàu/ shipping lines, theo dõi tiến trình công việc với bộ phận đưa hàng vào kho và thông báo tiến trình làm hàng

-Received from Headquarters (invoices, Manifest ...), contact/shipping shipping lines vessel to port. -Check the validity of the document. If necessary make additional tuning procedures with customers -Orders delivered (D/O) from the carrier/shipping lines, track the progress of the work with the parts to put the goods into the warehouse and do every process notification
