bên B được phép nuôi một con chó trong căn hộ. Tuy nhiên bên B phải đảm bảo vệ sinh và an toàn trong tòa nhà và trong căn hộ.
nếu bên B để vật nuôi gây mất trật tự an toàn cho cư dân trong tòa nhà, hoặc gây mất vệ sinh thì bên A có quyền đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng và báo trước 30 ngày.
