Tuỳ theo tính chất từng phiên họp, phòng QTRR.KSNB sẽ được mời tham dự các cuộc họp liên quan tới việc lập kế hoạch, chiến lược, phát triển các sản phẩm mới, dự án đầu tư mới của Công ty do các phòng nghiệp vụ đảm trách để nắm bắt thông tin, tư vấn về các rủi ro tiềm tàng, đưa ra các kiến nghị, giải pháp liên quan đến quản trị rủi ro của Công ty.
