Điều 3: 1/ Hai bên có nghĩa vụ thực

Điều 3:
1/ Hai bên có nghĩa vụ thực hiện các vấn đề liên quan đến việc chuyển nhượng phần vốn góp để Công ty TNHH T.C. TECHNOLOGY VIỆT NAM hoàn tất thủ tục đăng ký kinh doanh theo quy định của pháp luật.
2/ Bên B có trách nhiệm kế thừa toàn bộ các quyền và nghĩa vụ của bên A với tư cách là một thành viên góp vốn của công ty TNHH T.C. TECHNOLOGY VIỆT NAM kể từ ngày hoàn tất việc chuyển nhượng vốn góp.
