> 0,50 được xem là có ý nghĩa thực tiễn. Hair & ctg (1998) cũng cho rằng: nếu chọn tiêu chuẩn Factor loading > 0,30 thì cỡ mẫu ≥ 350, nếu cỡ mẫu khoảng 100 thì nên chọn Factor loading >0,50 nếu cỡ mẫu khoảng 50 thì Factor loading phải >0,75.
