Đóng hàng vào container: Người vận tải lấy container rỗng đưa về kho được chỉ định để tiến hành đóng hàng. Trước khi đóng hàng, nhân viên giao nhận phải kiểm tra kĩ lại container đảm bảo cont đủ sạch sẽ và an toàn. Sau đó lập biên bản kiểm tra container (gồm chữ kí của người vận tải và thủ kho) và tiến hành đóng hàng vào container.
Nhân viên giao nhận bấm seal lại và kí kết biên bản giao nhận ( chữ kí của chủ hàng , người giao nhận)… Biên bản này thể hiện số container, số seal, tên hàng hóa, trọng lượng và biển số tài xế.
Nhân viên giao nhận vảo gặp thủ kho lấy phiếu xuất kho.(2 phiếu- 1 cho bảo vệ, 1 cho tài xế xe tải) và Parking List.
- Tập kết hàng ra cảng: tiến hành giao hàng cho cảng. Nhân viên giao nhận phải liên hệ với tài xế để lấy chứng từ như phiếu nâng hạ, phiếu xuất kho…
