• Những vấn đề được đề xuất bởi đơn vị triển khai của Tập đoàn CIBC hoặc đơn vị triển khai của JA đều sẽ được gởi đến trưởng dự án, là người sẽ chịu trách nhiệm giải quyết. Những vấn đề này cũng sẽ được thảo luận trong các cuộc họp ban chỉ đạo dự án. Hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa sẽ được thực hiện và quyết định bởi quản lý dự án.
