Develop electronic banking services is one of the development strategy was put on top of the commercial bank (URBAN COMMERCIAL) in the world. Electronic banking services, the application of modern technology to bring more convenience for users, help customers save time with simple transactions. So far, most of the URBAN COMMERCIAL in Vietnam are deploying, developing and expanding electronic banking services.In this article, the author based on a number of previous studies and combined with data collection in Hanoi, the results indicate that the factors that impact the intended use of the electronic banking services (in descending levels) include the elements: ease of use, distribution channels , usefulness, image distribution, social factors, costs, innovation, identification of risks, information communication elements. Through which the author proposes a number of solutions developed this service.
