Kết quả dự kiến:
- Đánh giá được thực trạng số lượng và chất lượng đất ruộng bậc thang trồng lúa nước ở các tỉnh Trung du miền núi phía Bắc - Việt Nam trên cơ sở các kết quả điều tra và phân tích các chỉ tiêu lý hóa học môi trường đất vùng nghiên cứu.
- Đưa ra được các giải pháp và đề xuất một số mô hình canh tác bền vững đất ruộng bậc thang trồng lúa nhằm tăng cường công tác quản lý đất đai nói chung và sử dụng bền vững đất trồng lúa nói riêng ở vùng nghiên cứu.
- Trên cơ sở sử dụng ảnh viễn thám kết hợp với kiểm kê đất đai hàng năm xây dựng bản đồ hiện trạng và tiến tới theo dõi, cập nhật, đánh giá biến động hàng năm đất ruộng bậc thang trồng lúa nước nhằm góp phần bảo vệ, sử dụng, cải tạo đất lúa, đảm bảo an ninh lương thực tại chỗ cho vùng Trung du miền núi phía Bắc - Việt Nam.
- Bộ số liệu kết quả phân tích tính chất lý hóa học các phẫu diện đất đặc trưng trên đất ruộng bậc thang trồng lúa nước và bộ Bản đồ phân hạng thích hợp đất đai khu vực nghiên cứu vùng Tây Bắc là một hợp phần trong cơ sở dữ liệu quan trọng về chất lượng đất bậc thang trồng lúa ở vùng Tây Bắc.

Results expected:-Evaluate the status number and quality of ground water rice terraces in the northern mountain province-Vietnam on the basis of the results of the investigation and analysis of physical and chemical indicators of land environment Department research.-Devise solutions and propose several models of sustainable farming land for rice cultivation terraces in order to strengthen land management in General and the sustainable use of cultivated land for rice in particular in the research.-On the basis of using remote sensing images combined with annual soil inventory build map status and progress to monitor, update, reviews the annual fluctuations in ground water rice terraces aimed at contributing to the protection, use, soil improvement of rice, to ensure food security for the region mountain North-Vietnam.-The performance analysis laboratory properties of the soil profiles featured on ground water rice terraces and the map proper classification of land in North region study area is a component of an important database on soil quality ladder rice cultivation in the Northwest.

Expected results:
- Evaluate the status and quality of ground water rice terraces in the mountainous areas in provinces north - Vietnam on the basis of the results of the investigation and analysis of indicators of soil chemical environment of the study area.
- Provide solutions and propose a model of sustainable farming land rice terraces to strengthen the overall land management and sustainable use of land rice in particular in the study area.
- Based on Remote Sensing used in conjunction with the annual inventory of building land status maps and proceed to monitor, update and evaluation of annual fluctuations in farm land terraced rice cultivation in order to contribute to the protection, use, improvement of rice land, ensure food security in place for the Midlands Northern Mountains - Vietnam.
