- ASP sẽ tiến hành kiểm tra bên ngoài trước (quick check), nếu đủ điều kiện sẽ nhận lại kiểm tra tiếp.
- Tiếp theo, ASP sẽ tiến hành kiểm tra lỗi của khách hàng phản ánh, và tiến hành khôi phục phần mềm (restore) để kiểm tra xem có khắc phục được lỗi đó không. Nếu khôi phục phần mềm khắc phục được lỗi thì bên em sẽ làm biên bản trả lại chứ không mở máy ra nữa.
- Trong trường hợp khôi phục phần mềm mà vẫn không khắc phục được lỗi như khách hàng phản ánh, ASP sẽ tiến hành mở thiết bị ra và kiểm tra xem máy đã có dấu hiệu mở máy, can thiệp, sửa chữa từ bên ngoài chưa. Nếu máy chưa có sự can thiệp từ bên ngoài (deep check), bên ASP FW sẽ tiến hành gửi tới SASP.
