Việc xếp hạng khách hàng không được chú trọng, mà thực chất khâu xếp hạng tín nhiệm khách hàng là một khâu cực kỳ quan trọng trong quy trình tín dụng. Nó quyết định đến việc ra quyết định cho vay là chính xác hay không.
