- Xe và mọi tài sản theo xe mà Bên A thuê Bên B vận chuyển là tài sản thuộc quyền sở hữu của Bên A. Bên B chỉ là đơn vị vận chuyển thuê.
- Bên A đảm bảo cung cấp xe và hồ sơ xe hợp pháp để Bên B có thể vận hành xe đúng thời gian
- Bên A đảm bảo xe, phụ tùng theo xe… các hàng hoá của Bên A giao cho Bên B là hoàn toàn hợp pháp, không chứa các chất cấm theo quy định của nhà nước.
- Bên A có trách nhiệm thanh toán đầy đủ, đúng hạn cho Bên B theo những điều khoản đã ký của hợp đồng này.
