(i) Được sự cho phép bằng văn bản trước của Bên kia; Permission
(ii) Theo lệnh của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền, tuân theo luật lệ hoặc quy định của cơ quan liên quan;
(iii) Chỉ sử dụng duy nhất cho mục đích của Hợp đồng này;
(iv) Khi thông tin bị lọt ra ngoài mà không phải do hành động cố ý hay bất cẩn hoặc sao nhãng của một Bên;
(v) Khi thông tin đã được biết, chiếm giữ hoặc sử dụng bởi Bên đó trong công việc kinh doanh hàng ngày trước khi bị tiết lộ.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

(i) the written permission of the other party; Permission(ii) by order of the competent State agencies, comply with the laws or regulations of the bodies concerned;(iii) single use only for the purposes of this agreement;(iv) When the information gets out without making due to intentional act or careless or distracted by a party;(v) When the information is already known, occupied or used by that party in the business daily before being revealed.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

(I) With the permission in writing by the other Party; Permission
(ii) Under the orders of the competent state, follow the rules or regulations of relevant agencies;
(iii) Use only for the purposes of this Agreement;
(iv) When information leaked but not due to deliberate action or negligence or neglect of a party;
(v) When the information is already known, occupied or used by that Party in the daily business before being disclosure.
