Bên B chi trả cho bên A bằng Tiền USD (Đôla Mỹ) bên B bảo lãnh thanh toán trực tiếp vào tài khoản Bên A đăng ký tại Lào
- Giá bên A bán cho bên B trong hợp đồng này là giá mà bên A được hưởng trọn, đã bao gồm các loại thuế, các nghĩa vụ tài chính khác kể cả thuế thu nhập cá nhân, có nghĩa là bên A không phải trả bất cứ khoản thuế nào khác phát sinh (nếu có). Bên B cung cấp hóa đơn chứng từ gốc cho từng người thụ hưởng của bên A, để chứng minh nguồn gốc từ đâu mà có của người thụ hưởng). Tiền thanh toán cho bên A là tiền sạch được phép lưu hành tại Lào và trên thế giới.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

- Prices Party A to Party B sold in this contract is the price which the A concedes full, inclusive of taxes and other financial obligations, including personal income tax, which means Party A does not have to pay any taxes incurred (if any). Party B provide original invoices and receipts for each beneficiary of the A, to prove that the source from where the beneficiary). Payments to Party A is clean money circulation in Laos and around the world.
