Hoàng tử Anh William tới thăm Hà Nội

Ngày 16/11, trong chuyến thăm Hà Nội, Hoàng tử Vương quốc Anh William - Công tước xứ Cambridge đã đến thăm quan khu phố cổ. Sau đó, Hoàng tử đã cùng với các em học sinh trường Tiểu học Hồng Hà (quận Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội) kể các câu chuyện về loài tê giác. Hoàng tử đã rất hào hứng cùng các em học sinh chơi trò ô ăn quan. Sau khi rời trường Tiểu học Hồng Hà, hoàng tử Anh đã đến đền Ngọc Sơn để thắp hương.
Trước đó, Công tước xứ Cambridge đã có hai cuộc tiếp kiến chính thức Thủ tướng Chính phủ Việt Nam Nguyễn Xuân Phúc và Phó Chủ tịch nước Đặng Thị Ngọc Thịnh.
Trọng tâm của chuyến công du Việt Nam hai ngày (16-17/11) của Công tước là tham dự Hội nghị lần thứ 3 về chống buôn bán trái phép các sản phẩm động thực vật hoang dã. Tại buổi gặp với Thủ tướng Chính phủ Việt Nam, Công tước đã đề cập đến những điểm mạnh trong quan hệ giữa Vương quốc Anh và Việt Nam; và khẳng định mong muốn được nghe những nỗ lực mà Việt Nam đang làm nhằm khắc phục những thách thức do buôn bán trái phép động vật hoang dã gây ra.
