Tiền thuê nhà xưởng được tính từ ngày bên A bàn giao nhà xưởng cho bên B theo biên bản bàn giao nhà xưởng. Bên B phải thanh toán toàn bộ tiền thuê nhà xưởng hàng tháng cùng với các chi phí khác nêu tại Điều 4 (4.2) cho bên A trong thời gian từ ngày 01 đến ngày 05 hàng tháng.
