Bất cứ tranh chấp nào phát sinh từ việc thực hiện hợp đồng hoặc có liên quan đến hợp đồng, hai bên nên thảo luận hữu nghị để gải quyết. Nếu thông qua thảo luận vẫn không giải quyết thì nên giao vụ tranh chấp cho trọng tài phân xử.
