Trong suốt thời gian thuê, Bên A phải tạo mọi điều kiện thuận lợi để Bên B sử dụng căn nhà trên. Trong quá trình thuê nhà nếu có xảy ra bất cứ mâu thuẫn nào thì hai bên sẽ cùng thương lượng giải quyết. Nếu không tự giải quyết được thì hai bên phải đưa sự việc ra tòa án Tp.HCM để giải quyết. Phán quyết của tòa là quyết định sau cùng buộc hai bên phải chấp hành và bên thua kiện phải chịu trách nhiệm thanh toán án phí.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
