5. Thực hiện các nghĩa vụ của người được bảo lãnh với Bộ Tài chính:
a) Thực hiện việc kê khai, đăng ký tài sản thế chấp cho Bộ Tài chính theo quy định của pháp luật về giao dịch bảo đảm.
b) Trả phí bảo lãnh đầy đủ và đúng hạn theo thông báo của Bộ Tài chính.
c) Thông báo cho Bộ Tài chính bất kỳ thay đổi nào có liên quan tới Thỏa thuận vay, Nguời vay (Người nhận bảo lãnh), cơ cấu cổ đông, cá nhân góp vốn trong doanh nghiệp thực hiện chương trình, dự án được Chính phủ bảo lãnh.
d) Thực hiện đầy đủ, đúng hạn chế độ thông tin, báo cáo theo quy định của Bộ Tài chính.

b) Reply adequate guarantee fee and the due date notified by the Ministry of Finance.
c) Notify the Ministry of Finance of any changes with regard to the loan agreement, the borrower (the guarantee), the shareholder structure , personal capital contribution in the program now, the project is guaranteed by the Government.
d) Make full and timely information regime, the report prescribed by the Ministry of Finance.
