Điều 1: Công nhận kết quả xét tuyển

Điều 1: Công nhận kết quả xét tuyển viên chức do hội đồng tuyển dụng viên chức của trường Trung học cơ sở Thanh văn tổ chức vào ngày 28/04/2009.
Điều 2: Tuyển dụng: Ông (bà) sau đây đã trúng tuyển trong đợt xét tuyển viên chức nói tại điều 1 quyết định này:
Ông (bà): Nguyễn Thị Bích Hằng Sinh ngày: 20 -09 – 1980
Trình độ chuyên môn: Cao đẳng công nghệ thiết bị. Quê quán: Đồng văn – Thanh chương
Điều 3: Giao cho Hiệu trưởng Trường Trung học cơ sở Thanh văn thông báo cho những người trúng tuyển, có tên tại điều 2 của quyết định này biết kết quả tuyển dụng và có mặt tại đơn vị để hoàn chỉnh hồ sơ tuyển dụng và ký hợp đồng làm việc tại thời điểm đầu tháng 5 năm 2009 theo quy định.
Điều 4: Quyết định này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký.
