Được đào tạo kỷ năng quản lý cấp cao và hoàn thành mô hình chuyển đổi của VPBANK trong thời gian qua, hoàn thành chuyển đổi mô hình từ Trung Tâm cấp 5 lên cấp 4. Trong thời gian quản lý tại TT SMEs Chợ Lớn đã hoàn thành 2 teams (MBO và SBO) chuyên bán các sản phẩm Ngân Hàng cho Doanh Nghiệp Vừa và Nhỏ.
