ĐIỀU 5: Biên bản này được hai bên nhất trí thống nhất cùng ký tên . Nếu bên nào cố tình sai trái hay gian dối gây thiệt hại cho bên kia sẽ chịu bồi thường theo mức độ thiệt hại cho bên kia và chịu trách nhiệm trước pháp luật .
