Trường hợp Bên Tiếp nhận thông tin

Trường hợp Bên Tiếp nhận thông tin vi phạm nghĩa vụ quy định tại TTBMTT này gây ra thiệt hại về tài sản, uy tín, danh tiếng của Bên Tiết lộ thì Bên Tiếp nhận phải bồi thường cho Bên Tiết lộ thiệt hại phát sinh chứng minh được bởi Bên Tiết lộ.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
