ĐIỀU 7: PHƯƠNG THỨC XUẤT TRẢ SẢN PHẨM
1. Điều kiện giao nguyên vật liệu
- Bên A giao nguyên vật liệu, phụ liệu, phụ gia đúng kế hoạch, thời gian và số lượng cho bên B theo điều kiện CIF, cảng New York, Incoterms 2010.
- Cảng bốc hàng: Cảng Cát Lái, Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam.
- Cảng dở hàng: Cảng New York, USA.
- Nguyên vật liệu sẽ được tiến hành giao thành 3 đợt (giao hàng từng phần):
+ Ngày 01/01/2013.
+ Ngày 01/04/2013.
+ Ngày 01/08/2013.
- Bên A và bên B phải có nghĩa vụ thông báo về nguyên vật liệu giao nhận như: Tên nguyên vật liệu, số B/L và ngày cấp, tên tàu và số hiệu, thời gian tàu dự kiến khởi hành…
2. Điều kiện giao thành phẩm
- Bên B giao thành phẩm đúng kế hoạch, thời gian và số lượng cho bên A theo đúng chỉ định theo điều kiện FOB, cảng New York, Incoterms 2010.
- Cảng bốc hàng: New York, USA.
- Cảng dở hàng: Cát Lái, Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam.
- Ngày giao hàng: trước ngày 05 hàng tháng.
- Giao hàng từng phần: được phép.
- Bên A và bên B phải có nghĩa vụ thông báo về tên hàng nhận như: Tên hàng, số B/L và ngày cấp, tên tàu và số hiệu, thời gian tàu dự kiến khởi hành…
ĐIỀU 8: BẢO HIỂM
- Nghĩa vụ bên A mua bảo hiểm cho bên B:
- Bên A có nghĩa vụ mua bảo hiểm những rủi ro, tổn thất hoặc những tổn hại trong quá trình vận chuyển cho người mua tại công ty bảo hiểm AIC với số tiền bảo hiểm là 110% tổng giá trị hóa đơn theo điều kiện ICC (C). Thể hiện việc khiếu nại đòi bồi thường tổn hại tại công ty bảo hiểm AIC loại tiền ghi trên hóa đơn.
- Nghĩa vụ của bên B: Thực hiện hợp đồng gia công và tiến hành giao hàng thành phẩm theo đúng lộ trình thời gian.
