Khi khách hàng gửi tiền vào tài khoản ULKOM,Ngân Hàng sẽ thông báo cho ULKOM đã có một cuộc giao dịch. ULKOM sẽ gửi thông điệp điện tử yêu cầu thanh toán đến ngân hàng của khách hàng và ngân hàng sẽ phản hồi đồng ý hoặc từ chối.
Ngân hàng sẽ tiếp tục chuyển tiếp những thông tin phản hồi đến ULKOM và tùy theo đó ULKOM sẽ thông báo cho khách hàng được rõ là đơn hàng sẽ được thực hiện hay không.
