Hàng hóa giao trễ không kịp giờ tàu rời cảng, tới giờ cắt máng mà hàng vẫn chưa mang đến cảng, điều này gây rất nhiều khó khăn cho nhân viên giao nhận. Nếu hàng đến cảng không kịp giờ tàu cắt máng thì sẽ phát sinh nhiều chi phí cho việc lưu kho, lưu bãi...
Việc đưa thủ tục hải quan điện tử vào thay thế cho thủ tục hải quan thủ công đã tạo nhiều bỡ ngỡ cho phía Công ty. Vì phải tốn nhiều thời gian đểlàm quen với cách làm thủ tục mới và với việc khai hải quan điện tử đòi hỏi nhân viên giao nhận xuất nhập khẩu của Công ty phải vững về tin học, am hiểu pháp luật, kỹ lưỡng trong việc nhập thông tin và truyền dữliệu
