Theo ý kiến của chúng tôi:
- Văn phòng giao dịch Tỉnh cần chỉ đạo các Văn phòng giao dịch Huyện quản lý quỹ tiền mặt và tiền gửi theo những quy định hoạt động của Quỹ.
- Việc đánh giá kết quả các hoạt động sau giải ngân cần được thực hiện đầy đủ hơn nữa tại tất cả các văn phòng giao dịch trên toàn Tỉnh, cần thực hiện báo cáo kết quả theo từng thời kỳ quản lý.
