1- Áp dụng công nghệ tiên tiến trong hệ thống bảo vệ môi trường



Hoạt động bảo vệ môi trường của Honda Việt Nam được tiến hành đồng bộ và toàn diện trên 2 phương diện chính: môi trường trong nhà máy và môi trường bên ngoài.

Với môi trường trong nhà máy, Honda Việt Nam chú trọng vào việc xây dựng một nhà máy xanh và phấn đấu trở thành công ty dẫn đầu trong công tác bảo vệ môi trường.
Ngay từ năm 2001, Honda Việt Nam đã nhận chứng chỉ quản lý môi trường theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế ISO 14001.



Công ty đã áp dụng hệ thống quản lý môi trường ISO 14001 một cách toàn diện vào quá trình sản xuất với các hệ thống xử lý rác, nước thải hiện đại và nâng cao hiệu quả sử dụng năng lượng.


Năm 2003, Công ty tập trung vào các hoạt động cải tiến môi trường làm việc cho nhân viên với các hoạt động như giảm nhiệt độ, bụi, CO2, thiết lập hệ thống giảm tiếng ồn và hệ thống điều hòa trung tâm... giữ môi trường làm việc trong lành.
Nhờ hệ thống điều hòa trung tâm, nhiệt độ tại vị trí làm việc luôn duy trì dưới 30oC mặc dù nhiệt độ ngoài trời 40oC.


Toàn bộ khí bụi của công đoạn hàn được thu gom và xử lý đảm bảo môi trường làm việc trong lành. Hệ thống này đã góp phần giảm thiểu nồng độ CO2 trong xưởng từ 5107mg/m3 năm 2003 xuống còn 1403mg/m3 vào năm 2004 và thấp hơn 900mg/m3 trong năm 2005, 2006.
