2.1.1.e. Trách nhiệm thành lập, lưu trữ bản đồ địa chính
1. Quy định giao nộp, lưu trữ, quản lý, cung cấp và khai thác sử dụng thông tin-tư liệu địa chính
Quy định này quy định cụ thể việc giao nộp, lưu trữ, quản lý, cung cấp và khai thác sử dụng thông tin - tư liệu đo đạc - bản đồ và quản lý đất đai (sau đây gọi chung là thông tin - tư liệu địa chính) của các cơ quan, đơn vị, tổ chức trực thuộc Tổng cục Địa chính, các Sở Địa chính, Sở Địa chính
Nhà đất (sau đây gọi chung là Sở Địa chính) các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương ( sau đây gọi chung là các tỉnh, thành phố ) và các cơ quan, đơn vị, tổ chức xuất bản các ấn phẩm từ thông tin - tư liệu địa chính, từ thông tin - tư liệu địa chính chuyên nghành có liên quan đến địa chính phải lưu chiểu tại Tổng cục Địa chính theo qui định của chính phủ.
Thông tin - tư liệu địa chính là một trong những cơ sở pháp lý và tài liệu để sử dụng thống nhất trong công tác quản lý ngành địa chính trên phạm vi cả nước.
2. Đối tượng phải giao nộp thông tin - tư liệu địa chính để lưu trữ và giao nộp ấn phẩm lưu chiểu gồm:
- Các cơ quan, đơn vị , tổ chức trực thuộc Tổng cục Địa chính.
- Sở Địa chính các tỉnh, thành phố.
- Các cơ quan, đơn vị, tổ chức xuất bản các ấn phẩm từ thông tin - tư liệu địa chính, từ thông tin - tư liệu chuyên ngành có liên quan đến địa chính.
- Cơ quan tiếp nhận, lưu trữ, bảo quản và phục vụ khai thác sử dụng thông tin - tư liệu địa chính của ngành địa chính, tiếp nhận các ấn phẩm nộp lưu chiểu ở Tổng cục Địa chính là Trung tâm Thông tin lưu trữ tư liệu địa chính (sau đây viết tắt là Trung tâm TTLTTLĐC) trực thuộc Tổng cục Địa chính.
