Một mặt, số lượng này cho phép Hotline có thể đảm nhiệm thêm chức năng gọi ra ngoài (outbound) quảng bá các dịch vụ VRB, nhắc nợ thẻ tín dụng, mời khách hàng đổi thẻ khi hết hạn… Mặt khác, tăng số lượng điện thoại viên đồng nghĩa với việc giảm thiểu được tác động khi có điện thoại viên nghỉ việc, giữ ổn định được chất lượng hoạt động.
