Trong cuộc kháng chiến chống Pháp của dân tộc ta, nhà báo Wilfred Burchett đã có mặt, đưa tin về cuộc đấu tranh giành độc lập của nhân dân Việt Nam ngay cả trước khi bắt đầu Chiến dịch Điện Biên Phủ.
