Từ lúc còn nhỏ tuổi, xuất thân từ gia đình công chức, tôi luôn mong muốn có một công việc nhàn rỗi và có thu nhập ổn định như công việc của ba và mẹ. Tôi được dạy rằng phải nổ lực học tập và nộp đơn vào một cơ quan chính phủ ở Việt nam.
Nhưng, trong một lần tôi đến thăm công ty của anh trai, một công ty sản xuất máy công nghiệp, tôi phát hiện rằng mình rất có hứng thú với công việc kinh doanh. Tôi tự hỏi làm sao anh tôi có thể quản lý được hơn 40 công nhân? Làm sao anh tôi có thể giới thiệu hàng hóa của mình đến các công ty khách hàng tại nước ngoài? Hay làm sao anh ấy có thể khắc phục được những vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất hàng hóa? Quản lý tài chính?...
Do đó, tôi có mơ ước được học một chương trình Kinh doanh Quốc tế tại một trường đại học nước ngoài dựa trên nền tảng tôi có tại hai năm học tại ueh-isb Vietnam, để có thể mở một công ty cho riêng mình như anh trai.
Tôi đã đọc quyển sách “Hàn Quốc đi về phía bình minh” 1 năm trước, tôi tìm thấy rất nhiều sự hấp dẫn từ đất nước Hàn Quốc- đất nước có sự phát triển thần kỳ. Tại sao Hàn quốc có thể phát triển với tốc độ kinh ngạc như vậy? Tại sao trong những năm gần đây, Hàn quốc trở thành quốc gia dẫn đầu về công nghiệp giải trí, phim ảnh, âm nhạc
Có sự tương đồng trong văn hóa Đông Á càng khiến tôi muốn khám phá và tìm hiểu cuộc sống và con người nơi đây. Tôi cũng tin rằng SolBridge-Woosong là nơi tốt nhất để giúp tôi xuất phát trong hành trình này.
Tôi đã có hai năm học Kinh doanh tại UEH-ISB, tôi tin đó là kiến thức cần thiết giúp tôi có nền tảng để theo học sâu hơn về kinh doanh tại trường của các bạn. Ngoài ra, trong thời gian học tại trường tôi đã đảm nhận vị trí Phó Bí Thư Đoàn Trường – một tổ chức dẫn dắt sinh viên trong toàn trường. Trong vị trí này tôi đã tổ chức rất nhiều chương trình với quy mô trên bốn nghìn sinh viên, ví dụ như: welcome new students, tri ân bậc sinh thành, đại nhạc hội, ngày hội thể thao toàn trường, team Building trong các năm 2013, 2014, 2015.. Tôi tin rằng với những kỹ năng mền cũng như kinh nghiệm hoạt động với Đoàn, Hội sinh viên sẽ giúp tôi nhanh chóng thích nghi với môi trường sinh viên đa quốc gia, đa văn hóa tại SolBridge và cống hiến tại SolBridge Students Council trong tương lai.

Bên cạnh đó, tôi cũng có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại trung tâm ngoại ngữ ATEN trong gần hai năm với vị trí quản lý trung tâm Saigon-trung tâm chính tại HCMC. Hơn nữa, tôi có một công việc toàn thời gian từ tháng mười năm 2014 đến nay tại chương trình Massey của ISB như bạn thấy trong CV của tôi. Những công việc này cho tôi động lực để tạo lập một công ty đào tạo Tiếng anh tại quê tôi – nơi mà môn tiếng anh không được chú trọng trong trường trung học.
Những kinh nghiệm làm việc rèn cho tôi khả năng học hỏi, quan sát và tìm hiểu không ngừng. Gíup tôi biết cách chạy đua với thời gian để hoàn thành những mục tiêu trong công việc. Trong một đợt tuyển sinh mùa hè của chương trình Massey, chúng tôi gặp phải rất nhiều khó khăn, ví dụ như hầu hết sinh viên đã về quê của họ không còn ở lại HCMC làm cho kế hoạch tuyển sinh gặp nhiều vấn đề. Các buổi hội thảo thông tin có rất ít sinh viên đến tham dự. Nhóm của chúng tôi đã phải cố gắng hơn trong thời gian truyền thông, tập trung vào truyền thông online cũng như các mối quan hệ để có thể hoàn thành mục tiêu đề ra. Đây là một trong những bài học đắt giá để tôi có thể nhớ và áp dụng trong công ty của tôi sau này. Tôi cũng rất hy vọng có được một công việc bán thời gian trong thời gian học tập tại Solbridge ví dụ như hỗ trợ tuyển sinh để có thể nhanh chóng tìm hiểu về trường cũng như văn hóa hàn quốc
Hằng năm, tôi rất thích tham gia các hoạt động tình nguyện, ví dụ như dạy học cho học sinh tiểu học tại vùng nông thôn, tham gia xây dựng các công trình, cũng như hiến máu cứu người trong các đợt vận động. Các bạn có thể xem trong mục hình ảnh của tôi. Đó là một hành động ý nghĩa và tôi tin rằng tôi sẽ tiếp tục tham tại trường Kinh doanh SolBridge - Hàn Quốc. Đôi khi tôi hay tập trung quá mức vào các công việc cộng đồng mà quên rằng công việc chính của bản thân vẫn là học tập, đó là một điểm yếu mà tôi chắc chắn sẽ phải cải thiện ngay.
Trong tương lai gần, mục tiêu của tôi là hoàn thành chương trình cử nhân kinh doanh quốc tế tại SolBridge và tìm kiếm học bổng cho một khóa học Thạc sĩ tại Trường SolBridge-woosong và cải thiện khả năng nói Tiếng Hàn và Tiếng anh. Sự hiểu biết về ngôn ngữ có thể giúp tôi nhanh chóng hòa nhập cũng như giúp ích rất nhiều trong công việc sau này. Tôi tin rằng với sự nổ lực và những kinh nghiệm của mình tôi có thể hoàn thành được mục tiêu lớn là mở trường đào tạo tiếng anh tại quê của tôi.
