5.3. Có trách nhiệm phối hợp với Bên A trong suốt quá trình cung ứng Dịch vụ theo điều khoản và điều kiện của Hợp Đồng, đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ thực hiện;
5.4. Bên B có trách nhiệm đảm bảo cho Bên A tránh khỏi các vấn đề liên quan đến kiện tụng, khiếu nại hoặc bồi thường thiệt hại cho Bên A trong việc sử dụng các thông tin có trong báo cáo kết quả công việc hoặc các sửa đổi nếu có (mà có nguyên nhân hoàn toàn do lỗi của Bên B gây ra);
