Tôi vẫn đang chờ đợi thông tin từ Vietcombank.
Cho lần thanh toán tiếp theo, ngân hàng Vietcombank tư vấn rằng: tốt hơn hết bạn nên gửi bằng USD, khi tiền được gửi qua Vietcombank, họ sẽ quy đổi ra tiền VND và gửi qua công ty chúng tôi. Tôi nghĩ bạn nên chuyển số tiền nhiều hơn cho mỗi lần thanh toán, số tiền dư ra chúng tôi sẽ khấu trừ cho lần thanh toán tiếp theo cho bạn, chúng ta sẽ không bị ngân hàng làm mất thời gian chỉ vì những tỉ giá hối đoái phiền phức.
Nếu bạn có tài khoản ngoại tệ tại Việt Nam thì điều này rất là dễ dàng vì ngân hàng tại Việt Nam sẽ quy đổi từ USD sang VND và gửi qua công ty chúng tôi, thời điểm đó nếu khoản tiền bạn gửi dư hoặc thiếu thì chúng tôi vẫn OK vì chúng tôi rất linh động cho khách hàng. Còn trường hợp này thì chúng tôi hoàn toàn bị động vì hiện tại Vietcombank vẫn chưa nhận được tiền từ ngân hàng trung gian tại Việt Nam.
