PHƯƠNG ÁN PCCC TRÊN CÔNG TRƯỜNG XÂY DỰNG

PHẦN I: ĐẶC ĐIỂM, TÌNH HÌNH CÔNG TÁC PCCC
I. ĐẶC ĐIỂM CÔNG TRÌNH:
1. Vị trí công trình : S10-2 khu nam Sài Gòn, Phường Tân Phú, Q7 , Tp.HCM
- Phía Bắc : Đường số 19
- Phía Nam : Đường số 22
- Phía Đông : S 10-1
- Phía Tây: Đại lộ Nguyễn Lương Bằng
2. Đặc điểm kiến trúc: Kết cấu công trình bằng bê tông cốt thép

II. ĐẶC TÍNH VỀ CHÁY, NỔ VÀ ĐỘC:
- Vì đây là công trường xây dựng nên tính cháy, nổ và độc của công trường là tương đối thấp.
- Nếu luôn chấp hành đúng nội quy an toàn về PCCC thì nguy cơ xảy ra sự cố rất thấp.

III. LỰC LƯỢNG VÀ PHƯƠNG TIỆN TẠI CHỖ:
1. Lực lượng: Ngoài lực lượng cán bộ trực thuộc tổ PCCC thì còn thêm 04 đội tại công trường hỗ trợ khi có sự cố.
2. Phương tiện:
- Bình bột tổng hợp loại 4kg ( 30 bình )
- Bể chứa nước dự trữ ở tầng
- Ngoài ra còn có: máy bơm, xẻng xúc cát, xô xách nước, thùng phuy chứa đầy nước, cát…
3. Thông tin liên lạc báo cháy: Dùng điện thoại của cơ sở hoặc phương tiện khác để báo cho lực lượng chức năng.

PHẦN II: CÁC BIỆN PHÁP PCCC

I. CÔNG TÁC XÂY DỰNG TẠI CHỖ:
1. Công tác tuyên truyền giáo dục: thường xuyên nhắc nhở CB- CNV thực hiện nghiêm chỉnh nội quy PCCC và hướng dẫn lối thoát hiểm khi xảy ra sự cố
2. Công tác tổ chức: Thành lập tổ PCCC đảm bảo về số lượng và chất lượng

II. CÔNG TÁC HUẤN LUYỆN LỰC LƯỢNG PCCC TẠI CHỖ
- Hướng dẫn cho tổ PCCC của công trường biết được tính năng, tác dụng và cách sử dụng các phương tiện tại chỗ.
- Định kỳ tổ chức kiểm tra trang thiết bị PCCC cũng như tập huấn khả năng ứng phó cho tổ PCCC khi có sự cố xảy ra.

III. CÔNG TÁC KIỂM TRA VÀ HƯỚNG DẪN AN TOÀN VỀ PCCC
1. Công tác kiểm tra:
• Kiểm tra hằng ngày:
- Kiểm tra mực nước dự trữ trong bể chứa phục vụ công tác chữa cháy.
- Kiểm tra quá trình vận hành máy móc trong giờ và ngoài giờ làm.
- Kiểm tra tình hình chấp hành nội quy PCCC của CB – CNV trên công trường
• Kiểm tra định kỳ: 1 tháng/lần
- Kiểm tra và bảo trì hệ thống điện.
- Kiểm tra và bảo trì toàn bộ máy móc thiết bị trên công trường.
- Kiểm tra và sắp xếp lại trang thiết bị PCCC cho phù hợp.
2. Hướng dẫn an toàn PCCC:
- Không hút thuốc, đun nấu,… trong khu vực kho, khu vực sản xuất và khu vực văn phòng.
- Sử dụng thiết bị điện phải đúng chủng loại và đúng tiêu chuẩn an toàn về điện.
- Không tự ý câu móc hay lắp đặt thêm thiết bị điện khi chưa được bộ phận chuyên trách kiểm tra và cho phép.
- Khi hết giờ làm việc phải tắt máy, cúp cầu dao điện trong khu vực nhà xưởng.

PHẦN III: TỔ CHỨC CHỮA CHÁY
