Uber Việt Nam vừa ra thông báo tới khách hàng tăng giá cước lên 25%. Điều này đồng nghĩa, giá cước của Uber ngang bằng, và thậm chí cao hơn cả taxi truyền thống khiến không ít khách hàng bức xúc.
Cụ thể, từ ngày 4/11 thay vì mức cước giá tối thiểu (mức giá khi hành khách đã đặt nhưng lại hủy chuyến) là 5.000 đồng lúc ban đầu, hay ở thời điểm gần đây khoảng 10.000 đồng, thì hiện nay cước giá tối thiểu cho uberX tại Hà Nội là 15.000 đồng.
