Doanh nghiệp phải có biện pháp quản lý, kiểm soát, trang thiết bị an toàn; phòng, chống rò rỉ phát tán hóa chất; và các sự cố hóa chất khác theo quy định của Luật phòng cháy chữa cháy, Luật hóa chất và các quy chuẩn kỹ thuật cụ thể khác đối với từng loại hóa chất, thiết bị sử dụng.
Doanh nghiệp phải quản lý sử dụng, cung ứng hóa chất theo đúng mục đích nhập khẩu, thực hiện đầy đủ và nghiêm túc các quy định có liên quan về nhập khẩu hóa chất và các nghĩa vụ liên quan theo quy định tại Nghị định 163/2013/NĐ-CP của Chính phủ quy định về xử phạt vi phạm hành chính trong lĩnh vực hóa chất, phân bón và vật liệu nổ công nghiệp, Nghị định 115/2016/NĐ-CP của Chính phủ về việc sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Nghị định 163/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 12/11/2013 của Chính phủ quy định về xử phạt vi phạm hành chính trong lĩnh vực hóa chất, phân bón và vật liệu nổ công nghiệp.
