1. về vấn đề ăn sáng, về cơ bản , chúng tôi luôn có tiệc buffet vào mỗi buổi sáng, tuy nhiên hiện tại đang trong giai đoạn nghỉ tết âm lịch,số lượng khách cũng rất ít vì vậy chúng tôi đã phục vụ ăn sáng theo set menu.
trong 1 tình huống nào đó nhân viên của chúng tôi đã không hiểu được ý của bạn nên đã không phục vụ đúng theo yêu cầu của bạn. vấn đề này tôi đã làm việc lại nhân viên và đảm bảo rằng sẽ phục vụ tốt hơn cho những buổi sáng về sau. hy vọng ngày mai, bạn sẽ bắt đầu 1 ngày tốt lành với buổi ăn sáng tại nhà hàng của chúng tôi
2/ vấn đề phòng ngủ & bath room , tôi sẽ lưu ý nhân viên lau dọn hàng ngày cho sạch sẽ và khô thoáng. đó là tiêu chuẩn căn bản và đương nhiên khách hàng được phục vụ tại khách sạn của chúng tôi
3/ về vấn đề internet :tôi sẽ báo bảo trì kiểm tra lại
