- Đạt các mức sản lượng và doanh thu dự kiến đã xác định trong FS.
- Khai thác hết năng lực phát vượt công suất của nhà máy.
- Mở rộng phạm vi cấp nước ra toàn khu vực bao gồm huyện Quế Sơn, Duy Xuyên, Thăng Bình, Núi Thành.
