Hiện nay, xăng và dầu diesel do BSR sản xuất đạt mức 2 theo quy định tai TCVN 6776:2013; TCVN 5689:2013 và QCVN 01:2015/BKHCN

Xăng do BSR sản xuất có 6 chỉ tiêu không đạt so với mức 4 quy định tại TCVN 6776:2013 bao gồm: hàm lượng chì, lưu huỳnh, benzen, olefin, kim loại, thành phần cất. Dầu diesel do BSR sản xuất có 05 chỉ tiêu không đạt so với mức 4 quy định tại TCVN 5689:2013 bao gồm: hàm lượng chì, chỉ số xetan, nhiệt độ phần cất, khối lượng riêng, hàm lượng chất thơm đa vòng.

Theo kế hoạch nâng cấp và mở rộng của BSR đến cuôi năm 2021 thì xăng dầu của nhà máy mới đáp ứng được mức 5
