25.4 Nhân viên phải tuân thủ các quy định sau khi sử dụng Thiết bị Văn phòng:

(a) Không tải hoặc sử dụng bất kỳ phần mềm trái phép hoặc bất hợp pháp nào;

(b) Không sao chép trái phép hoặc bất hợp pháp bất kỳ phần mềm nào;

(c) Lưu trữ dữ liệu trong các thư mục và nơi được Công ty chỉ định để đảm bảo việc sao lưu dữ liệu;
