9.1 Trong trường hợp NCC giao hàng

9.1 Trong trường hợp NCC giao hàng không đúng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng dẫn đến việc LGEVH phải tháo sản phẩm thành phẩm để thay thế các linh kiện không đạt tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, NCC phải bồi thường cho LGEVH các chi phí sau:
- Giá trị của toàn bộ các linh kiện không đạt tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cần phải thay thế; và
- Giá trị của toàn bộ các linh kiện có liên quan đến việc thay thế; và
- Chi phí nhân công = số lượng nhân công (x) chi phí lao động trực tiếp trong một giờ (x) tổng thời gian cần thiết
