2/ Trong vòng 7 ngày: thanh toán đủ 30% giá trị căn hộ ( đã bao gồm 50 triệu đặt cọc trước đó ) => ký Hợp đồng mua bán căn hộ.
3/ Trong vòng 06 tháng từ ngày ký Hợp đồng mua bán: thanh toán 20%.
4/ Trong vòng 12 tháng từ ngày ký Hợp đồng mua bán: thanh toán 20%.
5/ Trong vòng 16 tháng từ ngày ký Hợp đồng mua bán: thanh toán 10%.
